Samuel Dias Henriques, associate lawyer of the law firm Luís Silva Morais, Sérgio Gonçalves do Cabo & Associados, was awarded the 2018 Prof. Doutor José de Oliveira Ascensão Prize, granted by the Portuguese Association for Intellectual Property (Associação Portuguesa de Direito Intelectual) for his masters thesis on Patent Scope and the Doctrine of Equivalents. The prize has been delivered on July, 12 2018.
