Professor Luís Silva Morais participated in the annual Jean Monnet Professors Congress that took place on the 1st and 2nd October in Brussels, organized by the European Commission and bringing together Law and Economics Professors dedicated to EU integration studies and belonging to the Jean Monnet scientific network (which he integrates holding a Jean Monnet Chair on EU economic regulation).
