Professor Luís Silva Morais participated as a panellist in the conference “Dialogues on Antitrust – Brazil and Portugal” held by the Law School of USP – University of São Paulo, Brazil, and with the active participation of CADE – Brazilian Authority of Competition, sharing a panel with Vinicius de Carvalho, President of CADE and discussing the topic “Intervention in company mergers: effectiveness and proportionality of structural and behavioural measures”.
