Patricia Caetano was born in May 1981, in Lisbon, Portugal. She got her law degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon - FDL (1999-2004) and has been practicing as a full member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2006. Starting her career in 2004 as a trainee lawyer, from 2007 to 2009 she practiced mainly in the areas of real estate leasing and mortgages, working with a major Portuguese Bank in such fields. Between 2010 and October 2013, together with Cristina Homem Ferreira Morais (current Partner of Luís Silva Morais, Sérgio Gonçalves do Cabo & Associados) and other lawyers, she practiced at a law office in Lisbon. Her private practice includes, inter alia, the areas of lease, litigation, contract law, insolvency law and real estate. She joined Luís Silva Morais, Sérgio Gonçalves do Cabo & Associados in October, 2013.
