Lúcio Tomé Feteira
​Lúcio Tomé Feteira (Lisbon, 1976) obtained his Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University/Lisbon (1994-1999), having also pursued post-graduate studies in Company Law (Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra; 2003/2004) and Competition Law and Regulation (Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon; 2005/2006). In addition, he obtained a Master of Research (2006-2007) and a PhD (2006-2012) in Law from the Law Department of the European University Institute (Florence), having been a guest researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (2008-2009). He is a member of several professional associations (Portuguese Circle of Competition Lawyers – CAPDC; Portuguese Association of European Law – APDE; German Lawyers Association - DAV) and academic (Competition Law Scholars Forum – ClaSF; Research Centre on Supervision and Regulation of the Financial Sector – CIRSF; International League of Competition Law – LIDC). 

Lúcio was also a post-doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2013/2015). Lúcio is a member of the Portuguese Bar and has joined Luís Silva Morais, Sérgio Gonçalves do Caso & Associados – Sociedades de Advogados R.L. in 2014. He is also an Assistant Professor at the Nova Law School (Lisbon) and has authored and co-authored several contributions in the field of Competition Law, European Law and International Economic Law. Lúcio is fluent in English (C2) and has a very good understanding of French, German and Italian (C1).
