It starts from its regulatory component, largely relying on competition law and economic regulation, spilling over to other non-strictly regulatory components. It is also very much focused on the decisive transnational dimension of business transactions, in particular the one associated with the European integration process, based on EU law.

The members of the Firm have developed an extensive expertise in dealing with the so called administrative law, concerning not only public institutes, governmental bodies and municipal entities (covering other aspects of their functioning beside public financial law or budgetary law, namely as regards their dealings and relationship with private entities). This advisory experience is particularly extensive as regards deals pertaining to the ownership and management of real estate and real estate investment projects (advising multiple municipalities in this domain or private investors dealing with such municipalities and comprehending innovative financially structured transactions based on real estate originally owned by municipalities and other public entities, e.g. with recourse to the establishment of investment funds and other vehicles. This experience also covers dealing with the corresponding tax matters for these kinds of business transactions).
